Appointments
Booking requests made through this site are confirmed by our team. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Orders & payment
Eyewear is made to your prescription and measurements. Custom orders may require a deposit and are generally non-refundable once production has begun, except where an item is faulty.

The Prism name, logo, and the content of this website are owned by Prism Eye Care Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reused without permission.
